I hurt my back lifting weights and could barely move. After 1 visit with ITR, where I was treated by Terry, she taught me what exercises to do, and exactly how to do them. Within a week, I was able to do so much more and my pain decreased over time. I highly recommend ITR for anyone who wants PT pro who listens to them, addresses their concerns in a friendly and judgement free environment. I have not only improved my health, I gained a new friend.
