The physical therapists at ITR really helped me recover from my bladder dysfunction that i'd been suffering from since I was a little girl. They gave me exercises and breathing techniques and new habits to get into, as well as nutrition advice. Within a few days I noticed some improvement and within a few weeks I was what I think is normal, with no more frequency or urgency problems! Woohoo! Thanks ITR.
