Went to ITP darwin city to do my tax and the lady was very helpful. Has been over a month now that havent received my tax as she told me that they havent been submitted! Once they submit it will only be a week. But dont recommend if i didnt start chasing id probably never see it.
This Agency was quick to book me on for a $200 fee. Accountant didn’t lodge my tax with the ATO at all. Supposed to answer calls or be available, not true. Shouldn’t be operating as a service or advertising as the tax agent for ITP. No appointments to book if you need them to return a courtesy call and no receipt received for my $200 fee . Avoid this place if you need tax done. Answer your phones if this is a legitimate service. Owner reply if you’re not scamming people.
Munish was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He was friendly and easy to talk too. He provided an excellent service and I’m really happy with the outcome. I highly recommended to see Munish at ITP.
Great service and excellent advice. Unfortunately ITP does not have financial planning services in Darwin, which would be great.
