Great service, John came on time, had a great attitude and was able to jump our car in no time at all. friendly service with good rates and no hidden fees

My car broke down on my way to work while sitting in morning rush hour. I got iTowing's number from the mechanic shop that I go to. John, the owner was really fast to tow my car back to the shop. Service was great, price was very reasonable and he even dropped me off at the trolley station later so I could still get to work. Thanks again!
Awesome service! The service person (John), had a great friendly, helpful attitude. It was Memorial Day and he arrived quickly and helped me out of a tough situation. I had locked my keys in the ignition with the keys in the "on" position (not running-but drained the battery DEAD)! So, the remote alarm/unlock could not help unlock the doors nor could the keyless entry! He got the door opened quickly and then helped me jump the battery. I was traveling on I8 near Pine Valley, and car overheated. Insurance co dispatched ITowing. John arrived in the timeframe, got the car onto the truck, and got us back to town. Very professional and friendly.
During a BSA hike this weekend in 35 miles winds one of our cars broke down in Anza Borrego State Park. iTowing was sent to tow us back to town. We were stuck in the desert alone without phone service. John Loya located us and went beyond what I expected in helping my paraplegic parent into his truck cab and getting his vehicle back to San Diego safely.
