I do not recommend this business. The biggest issue was the customer service. The technician was rude and dismissive throughout the entire process. I initially chose the less expensive replacement screen for my iPhone. After the repair, my phone became very slow, lagged constantly, and overheated. When I called to explain the problem, the technician immediately became defensive. He told me the screen was "too cheap" and that my motherboard must be damaged, saying it wasn't his responsibility. The evening technician had a huge chip on his shoulder from the moment I walked in. Refused to provide me with a receipt stating that I dropped off a $1000 phone to be repaired. Call me crazy, but for such an expensive device, a receipt is warranted. He wouldn't even give his name at first. Eventually, he said his name was Tekamka, angrily gave my phone back, and said he'd process a refund.

Zero. He said phone would be ready the next day. I called three times. Left voice mail two times. No return call. Went to store the person was sitting in a lazy boy chair looking at his phone. When he noticed me, he got up and asked my name. He said the part just came in. Give me another half hour. I did. Came back 40 minutes later, still working on it " Boss". I have not been a "Boss " for seven years. Took phone home the volume buttons did not work. $140 . 🔴🔴🔴Received an email from owner addressing my poor service. The ... read more

If I could leave zero stars I would I brought my Apple Watch Series 6 in to do a screen and battery replacement. Everything went great at first good price seemed reliable he said it world take 2 to 3 days . No do not go here, here we are a month later and I still don’t have my watch no calls nothing. Every time I call no one answers. Even when I go in person during normal business hours no one is there. If I go for the 20th time up there and no one is there or picks up the phone I will be filing a police report
