Got my phone fixed in December last year and I’ve been back 3 times with issues. Firstly the first screen they put on was causing issues to my phone. The second time they fixed my phone there was a build up of dust inside the front camera and I went on a holiday so couldn’t get it fixed straight away. I went back to ask them to just take the glass off and clean the underneath only to be laughed at in the face by the female worker saying it’s not their fault. Good luck with this place. Bought an iPad cover here in December ‘25 for $35. Just a few weeks later it’s basically falling apart and delaminating as well. It’s obviously B grade material. I had the receipt but was offered only $10 discount on a new one. Was told by the staff member there is no such thing as a warranty on iPad covers! Definitely not fit for purpose - told them to stick it. Won’t be buying anything else from here. Be wary.
Products that are well below standard. Refused to provide a replacement cover for a faulty product even with proof of purchase. Phone case falling apart.
Great experience! The guy with the dreadlocks did an amazing job — super fast and very skilled. The screen protector was applied perfectly with no bubbles. Friendly service too. Highly recommend this phone shop!
