This service is a blessing beyond words. Their caring drivers are a gift to those in need. Our rider is blind and the timing of the drivers is impeccable. He has never had to wait for someone to arrive for pick up beyond the expected time. It is too bad someone five years ago wrote a bad review about timing because that is JUST NOT THE CASE with the current assistance they are providing. Provides a much needed service with a personal touch.
They dropped off a patient hours before her appointment, when we called to let them know she is done early, they gave us a different time than the scheduled return time. Here it is PAST their quoted pick up time and Past the scheduled pick up time, we called to make sure she wasn't forgotten, the lady who answered the phone kept talking over me, sounded impatient and rude.
