They are horrible. The left my mother in law outside with no contact at all of what is happening. Their reasoning was, "they got real busy ." Excuse me, you were supposed to pick her up at 4:30pm. Luckily her son found someone to pick her up to take her back home. I do NOT recommend them at all.
Been left without a ride on multiple occasions. And they don't even call or email that they cancelled your ride so my kids and I have stood out in the heat waiting! Ive had cars show up WITHOUT working seat belts. Had one that had ants in the very back seat where the kids seats were supposed to go. Its truly the most disgusting horrendous place. Ive had a handful of drivers that were so incredibly kind, I feel bad for them that they work there. Avoid this place and tell your medicaid insurance that you want a different ride ... read more
Impossible to get a ride
One of their drivers slung a rock and hit my windshield on hwy 29. Been waiting a month for them to call back, and when I call back they say a Mgr will return my call smh
I think this company is great. They do what they can for the medical needs area. The driver is a wonderful, respectful, helpful to staff on the phones are helpful and friendly. I don’t know what I would do without this service.A+
