Ileana Williams is such a friendly and professional member service advisor at PGA Blvd branch. Alexander Thomas at West Palm Beach branch is also helpful too.
Hands down the most caring credit union out there. No corporate robots here, they treat you like a real person, not an account number. It’s more like walking into a friend’s kitchen than a bank. These days, that kind of kindness and patience is hard to find. Big thanks to everyone at this branch, you’re the real deal. If you want a place that feels like family, look no further. 10/10
This bank ATM doesn't allow cash deposits and doesn't have a walk in atm, and I have to drive all the way from Loxahatchee just to make a deposit.
