I spent 12 days in this magical location. It was the first time in my life that I was amazed at how my mind could calm itself. The meditation and spiritual talks David gave influenced me immensely. Yoga and rebounding classes stretched us in all the right places. Most of all, after a few days of cravings, the raw vegan food cleansed my body to such an extent that I was finally free of all cravings and, actually, of hunger itself! Bring yourself as you are; feel the safety, nourishment, and generosity of the visionaries and staff, grow toward the light, open like the lotus flowers on the pond , truly realize love and kindness, be love and kindness; go forth.
