Joe came highly recommended by my daughter, after I slipped down a ladder from the 4th step with my right foot, leaving my left foot stuck, 3 steps up the ladder. I am only 5'4, so this is not possible within my normal range of motion. It twisted my torso, hips, and knee severely. My leg was greatly swollen from above my knee to my ankle. He keeps my shoulders, knees, hips, back and even my thumb mobile and mostly pain free so I can continue running my gym, training clients and powerlifting.
