The receptionist is extremely rude, I was told a week ago by her ( she’s apparently the only receptionist) that they do not work with workman’s comp so I said okay thank you and immediately called my surgeons office to have the referral changed to the other office here in Ithaca (workman’s comp lady was going on vacation the very next day) and got everything set up for that office within the hour, now a week later this office calls me about an appointment I apparently have with them tomorrow that I never scheduled because we... read more
U all doing 💯 great job
This is the best place for physical therapy I have ever participated in and I’ve had a great deal of physical therapy. They really use physical manipulation and exercises. Most places do not give the “hands on” like here. Both Cheryl and Trevor are terrific. You can’t ask for a better experience!
Friendly and caring staff have helped me out multiple times and always walk away satisfied.
Everyone here is amazing at what they do! I especially love Leslie, she is thorough yet gentle. She helped keep my back aligned throughout my pregnancy and it was such a blessing! I'm so thankful to have found these people they all do an awesome job and care about each of their patients
