Richard Martin Wallace is a corrupt judge, he is unethical, and he is a friend of Luke Fenchel. He(RMW) and the DA retaliate and conspire against their friends' enemy. Also, this court serves the interests of Cornell University. It's a corrupt court run by the worst law enforcement agency i.e. IPD.
