I upgraded my Dell laptop from Windows 10 to Windows 11. Everything went smoothly until I rebooted. Screen became very unstable and erratic, making it almost impossible to even sign in. I tried to resolve after looking online and realized it was above my pay grade. Called ITek and they said to bring it in. Gabriel turned it on, observed the startup and said it was a bad touchscreen. The staff is extremely knowledgeable. We went in because my mom’s computer got hacked and was locked. Also, they helped us set up my mom’s iPad. The price was fabulous. I highly recommend them.
They are great to deal with and very reasonable on their prices. But putting that aside, they did an excellent job of inserting a new drive in my iMac. They were somewhat lacking in communication, but they were honest and forthright in their performance. When I picked up my computer, it was done flawlessly, and the insertion of the drive and initiation of the software were spot on. They even updated my computer with the latest software. Gave me a faulty product that malfunctioned a few days after service. Rather than trying to work with their customer to correct this issue they want to charge full price for their own faulty parts and try to blame us for the malfunctioned product. Definitely would not recommend.
