During COVID the Apple stores in St. Louis did not reopen which put Mac users at a disadvantage for those in need of repairs, cause lets face it there aren't many options to service a Mac. Mac HQ had a 4-5 week backlog of clients in front of me and luckily I found iTechshark in Ballwin - WOW, super service, fast and efficient! This place is so awesome. The guys went out of the way to get a new screen on my IPad Pro as quick as possible. Less than 24 hrs and I was up and running. The service is fantastic. I took a bunch of business cards so I could pass them around to all my friends who regularly break their phones! Thanks again Michael. I'll be back!!
iTechshark is FANTASTIC! I went to the store in Oakville, MO. They were able to fix my iPhone screen in less than 1 hour. I am very happy to know they are here to help. They have excellent customer service, know their business and are super friendly too! I recommend them!
