Terrible staff, asked 10 times, no answer, straight up ignored me and my friends. On how much items are, does not respond. Terrible.
Don't go there for repairs!To be charged £145 for false parts and to receive an item that doesn't work is a big con. They charged me £145 to replace the screen of my tablet. The screen was not fixed properly, and they didn't use genuine parts. Because of it, the screen touch didn't work properly. I was told by another repair shop that the parts they used were not genuine and the screen was not fixed properly, and the sensors were covered in glue.
