Didn’t provide my friend the correct service, screen wasn’t up to standard, went back on his word. He said the phone “would be a good quality screen” even laughed whilst saying it when we said is it the best quality one you have. Then when going back to question the errors he said he never said it would be good quality. Met with hostility and wasn’t helpful.
