Very helpfull and friendly staff !
Popped in because my phones charger port was clogged and wasn't charging without using a wireless charging pad. This has happened before, and I've gone to other mobile phone shops to ask for help and they've solved it then and there, either asking for a minute fee or just a nice review online. The clerk on at the time tried to gaslight me into saying my phones charging port needed servicing, saying a white strip in the charging port is an indicator (it's not, a quick Google search shows it's part of my phones original design... read more
