We used this service to take my grandmother in her wheelchair to a doctor's appointment, and I couldn't be more impressed. From the moment they arrived, the driver was so gentle and respectful, making sure she felt safe and secure while loading the chair. We hired ITDV Non Emergency Medical Transportation to bring my grandfather home after a long hospital stay, and we couldn't be happier with the service. This company appears to have gone out of business. The website is still accepting appointments and sending email confirmation of appointments, but then, they do not show up.

I am so grateful to have found this non-emergency transportation service! Nona was absolutely wonderful! Once my surgery started, she was checking with the hospital to see when I would be ready to go home. Nona was so kind and caring getting me from the hospital to taking me up and in to my condo. I highly recommend IDTV Non-Emergency Transportation if you need transportation home after a hospital procedure.
