On August 6, 2025, around 10 AM, I witnessed extremely reckless driving by an ITDS truck traveling through Grand Rapids heading west toward Muskegon. The truck had Indiana license plate SP183NMR. This driver was dangerously aggressive, cutting off multiple vehicles and merging into lanes without enough space, nearly causing several accidents. Love it here. Amazing place to work. I’ve been here now for 7 years. Six years ago I wrote a review of how an amazing place it was to work here and still till this day I have never seen a company do for their drivers and employees as much as ITDS has done. Thus with that being said safety does have the knowledge and integrity that I do respect and thank you Laurie for always reaching out.
