One of the worst company policies is that employees are asked to work on Saturdays as compensation if they take leave, even when they already have 50+ leaves in their account. These leaves cannot be availed freely, making them practically useless. Moreover, no compensation is provided for working on Saturdays or Sundays. Improve your policies as earliest as possible.
