I’m not sure exactly who’s responsible for some of my issues. Shadi seems to know his stuff but the people that has worked there maybe not. I’ve been told I was getting a $1600 refund by his staff. I said impossible check with Shadi. Ended up owing money as I expected. Had a IRA disbursement and the wrong forms used. Returns not done in time costing me resulting in penalties.
