I have been dealing with the office for tax return preparation for almost 5 years. They have good services. The owner of this business needs to be nicer to his clients—no need to get angry if a client calls you about an issue related to his case. Even if you are in a meeting, you can apologize nicely. We also have our work and are busy too. It is not professional at all to hang up the phone and be angry. We pay you for your services; you are not providing free services to customers. I’m not sure exactly who’s responsible for some of my issues. Shadi seems to know his stuff but the people that has worked there maybe not. I’ve been told I was getting a $1600 refund by his staff. I said impossible check with Shadi. Ended up owing money as I expected. Had a IRA disbursement and the wrong forms used. Returns not done in time costing me resulting in penalties.
