I have been dealing with the office for tax return preparation for almost 5 years. They have good services. The owner of this business needs to be nicer to his clients—no need to get angry if a client calls you about an issue related to his case. Even if you are in a meeting, you can apologize nicely. We also have our work and are busy too. It is not professional at all to hang up the phone and be angry. We pay you for your services; you are not providing free services to customers.
