Joanna was absolutely horrendous. I’ve called her multiple times trying to get her to file my business’ annual tax report on time; however, she was incompetently negligent and derailed my company’s efficiency during this time. If I could give an honest rating, I would give it no stars.
Communication will go 2 weeks or more with no updates. I gave her my documents April 1st and it's nearing October and haven't gotten my return nor any documents back. I've attempted several times to retrieve my documents and pay for the service that wasn't completed but still can't get in contact.
I have been ignored on numerous occasions and have been left on read through text messages. I thought we were closer because we both have read receipts on for each other, but clearly it was just to show some power dichotomy of being able to make someone feel powerless and unattended to for long periods of time. Will definitely be looking for a new bookkeeper ASAP!
