My mother-in-law (Ester Lantano) was given a chance to stay in this very accommodating place as a respite recedent for almost 4 months I rated this place 5 stars a very approachable management and staff the team is headed by Fifi a very Professional manager my family would like to thanks and extend our gratitude for the wonderful services That was provided to us.the place surpasses our expectations, excellent Place for the aged.
Our friend Richard has been at Italian Village for 2+years. We have been impressed with the caring staff, happy atmosphere and sense of homeliness.
My elderly mother is now in the Italian Village after bouncing around a number of different places. I find the carers and staff on all levels of this not-for-profit establishment to be easy to relate to. They are real good hearted caring people. It is never a hassle for them to find solutions for all the little things that have presented themselves since she has been there. It's spacious, has a warm environment and the food is excellent. Highly recommended!
