Have had an excellent experience with the team at Italia ceramics, in particular Amalia, who is extremely knowledgeable about the products as she walked us through various selection options to suit our spaces. She listened carefully to our ideas to then curate tile combinations that not only met our brief but exceeded expectations about our initial concept. Her attention to detail and communication with us from our very first visit to the showroom through to delivery was superb.

I had heard from a lot of former employees how bad the place was, but figured for such a small job, it wouldn't matter. Went in trying to match a title to replace some damage for a weekend project, staff were hard to get the attention of and when I finally got some assistance they just didn't seem to care and it felt like I was a huge inconvience to them. I get it, it's a small job and I must be taking away your precious time from a massive job but, who knows maybe once I had this one done i'd be looking to buy a whole heap ... read more
I recently underwent bathroom , dining room and laundry renovations whereby Italia ceramics supplied the tiles after I selected them in their beautiful showroom. I want to call out and praise Rose who helped me out through a tricky situation often in countered when doing renovation’s. Rose offered outstanding customer service resolving the challenge I had on my hands and her follow up was outstanding. Thank you for all you have done for me Rose and thank you Italia Ceramics.
