Spoke to Tony while selecting our tiles and his years of experience helped us choose amazing tiles for our new house.
Very unprofessional outcome. After ordering 26 m2 tiles to be held for 4 months until Tiler could start work in August and having paid full amount, the day before delivery that was organized 2 weeks prior, I got a call to say that our tiles were nowhere to be found in the Warehouse. To first ask where we were going to put the delivery and then tell me the truth was just BS. Have had an excellent experience with the team at Italia ceramics, in particular Amalia, who is extremely knowledgeable about the products as she walked us through various selection options to suit our spaces. She listened carefully to our ideas to then curate tile combinations that not only met our brief but exceeded expectations about our initial concept. Her attention to detail and communication with us from our very first visit to the showroom through to delivery was superb.
