If I could give them 0 stars, I would. DO NOT waste your time with this company. I attended their Zoom session on April 29, where they claimed CNA classes start every month. I took their test, passed, and gave them every document they asked for, including my Social Security. I’ve called them multiple times throughout May, just asking for a start date. I had a great experience with the CNA/GNA course at ItWorks Learning. The program was very informative, and my instructor was knowledgeable and supportive throughout. Signing up was seamless, and the evening class schedule was perfect for balancing work and studies.
