I am writing this review to express my deep disappointment with what I now feel is false advertisement regarding the promise of lifetime job assistance through this program. This place is disrespectful and disgusting the instructor Latisha Gary, doesn’t know how to speak to people. She is a terrible teacher. It’s works doesn’t work with you. This place, I would just recommend to fine some place else. It has no stars, because it’s not worth any stars. Had to give it 1 star. Latisha Gary is worthless she fails people she doesn’t like. If someone asked me whether I would go back to It Works, my answer would be no. The experience has been frustrating and unprofessional. It has now been almost two months since I graduated, and I still have not received my 90-day letter regarding my license. My status has not been updated on MBON, and I’ve had to redo my fingerprints twice. On top of that, I keep getting sent in circles with no clear answers about a license I worked hard to earn.

Ms. Teonya was a great instructor! she made sure we understood everything thoroughly; made class fun with her humor and answered any and every question we had without making us feel uncomfortable. I would definitely recommend her as an instructor!
