This is hands down the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I ordered a boba drink and realized within minutes that it was the wrong one after confirming with my son. I immediately called, apologized, and asked if they could correct it. Instead of helping, the person on the phone was rude, hostile, and completely unprofessional. Nice place.
The drinks are okay nothing special, just your standard boba. The place seemed understaffed, so service was a bit slow. Not a bad spot if you’re nearby and craving something sweet, but nothing that really stands out compared to other boba places.
