Rude staff, they messed up my drink twice! By the third time, it looked watered down, and I asked to take the other drink they made me that was a mess up, and the guy slowly moves it away and says “nooo”. Okay, I just waited nearly 15 minutes for a $7 small size boba that was below average. Never coming to this place again. Save your money and time.
This is hands down the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I ordered a boba drink and realized within minutes that it was the wrong one after confirming with my son. I immediately called, apologized, and asked if they could correct it. Instead of helping, the person on the phone was rude, hostile, and completely unprofessional. Nice place.
The drinks are okay nothing special, just your standard boba. The place seemed understaffed, so service was a bit slow. Not a bad spot if you’re nearby and craving something sweet, but nothing that really stands out compared to other boba places.
