I don't understand why they make online ordering so difficult. Having to create an account with a third party just to place an online order. It's not difficult, but unnecessary. Why not just have an option to continue as a guest instead of forcing me to spend time creating and verifying an account just to place an online order...
The quality of this place has gone down. The last 5 times I’ve visited my drink doesn’t taste the same. I’ve had to return it the last two times and this last time they still didn’t add the caramel to my caramel frappe.
