Brought my Samsung S20Fe in to get a new screen.. My screen used to go right to the edges of my phone, now it does not... They put an inferior rounded edges screen in clearly from an inferior Samsung model because aside from the screen not going to the edges anymore the screen image quality has reduced dramatically and I now hardly get any cell reception it's like I have a Samsung s3 again For over $300 my phone is way worse now than it was with just a cracked screen.. Save your money these guys a con artists
I am so relieved to have my phone fixed in moments! The young man would not take any payment for his expertise and know-how, except for a 5 star Google review. I am very happy to give 5 stars. He had my phone back in working order in minutes after an unfortunate accident! I was afraid I would have to pay for expensive repairs or that I would need to replace the phone. What great service! Had a cracked phone screen replaced around 6 months ago. Was told it was as good a quality as a legitimate apple screen. Auto brightness never worked, full brightness is dim. Screen now completely malfunctions and renders the phone unusable until it can be restarted. Their solution was to take my screen protector off to test it and then make me pay for a new one. Offered no further solutions other than to pay for a $1000 screen replacement or 20% off one that won’t work in 6 months. Not trustworthy.
