Booked my move well in advance, only for them to cancel 2 hours before they were supposed to show up… and they still kept my deposit Top-tier scammers, absolutely terrible moving company. Wouldn’t recommend. Hopefully they see this and give me my money back

I booked I&T Excellent Movers well in advance and paid a deposit to secure our moving date. We also spent additional money making arrangements with our building, including reserving the elevator specifically for the move. Then, just one hour before our scheduled moving time, the company cancelled on us. We were left scrambling at the last minute to figure out how we were going to move, despite having made arrangements and paid additional costs based on the company showing up as scheduled. I have used I&T Excellent Movers twice now and both times the movers were incredibly efficient, friendly, and the cost is very fair. I have used at least 5 different movers over the last 10 years and these are the only ones I would ever (and have ever) referred to people. Fair cost - efficient - friendly.

Well. How should I start. I am a frequent mover, i guess, for the last 16 years in Vancouver it was my 7th move. I would have put 6 stars if I could. Very fast, very efficient, very professional (nothing damaged). Everything placed there it belongs. And we have a lot of stuff. I would not hesitate to recommend them to any of my friends or colleagues. Thank you!
