IT Edge is a contractor for our non-profit in Montgomery County. They've always been helpful and highly responsive when I or my team has an issue. Recently, I was surprised when I called at 7:45 p.m. and they answered, thinking I would just leave a message. As I was on a deadline, they were able to walk thru the issue with me and come up with a temporary solution. This simple act allowed me to finally get some rest after a long day. Josh and the team are excellent, and I am proud to give them my strongest recommendation.
Super responsive and friendly. Help desk is great.

Amazing service and response time! Been working with their team for years, prices are reasonable, and their committment to local is impressive!
