I took my phone to be fixed as the screen had smashed due to it being dropped. After a week or so it started going blank, sometimes there was a white screen or it was really pixilated, it was unusable! Doubt I’ll get it sorted either looking at past reviews… I wish I’d have checked them beforehand! £70 paid for nothing!
Got my phone repaired only for the screen to be faulty 24 hours later. Called to ask for advice and if they can help, only for the store clerk to shout at me saying I dropped it and it’s due to damage caused by me. I have been watching a film and the screen appeared with these lines unprovoked. Lines that I have never had on my phone in the past. Very good service
Today I bought a samsung galaxy a21s. They said its 128gb. I asked how many GB ram it has. He had no clue what I'm asking nevermind. When I got to home opened the settings and it's just a 32gb model... avoid at all cost. Wont return here to buy another phone.
