If you’re going to finance anything through Isuzu, think again. Everyone’s goal is to get you off the phone as fast as possible for anything other than getting your loan set up. Asking for a payoff, loan balance, things to sell your equipment and close the loan? You’ll be greeted with people who clearly hate their job and aren’t in any hurry to actually help. Stay away and go with other financing companies!
Stay away!!!! The absolute worst leasing/financial company there is...Our Isuzu dealer puts you into this company through the commercial leasing program. If you ever need any info-takes days if not weeks, emails unanswered...payoff info takes days to a full week!...customer service, awful....their website is something from 1997....we have account with GE, Ally, Wells and so on...if you can go elsewhere, do it!
The most Mickey Mouse customer service. I call to get the pay off amount on our loan but they cannot give it to me. They say you have to email them to get the pay off. I email and get no replies?? Low budget company and the guy was rude on the phone.
