Lily has been very friendly and helpful with our loan for our vehicle repair. She was very concerned that we received exactly what we needed.
This has to be the largest selection of vehicles in a private auto retailer I've seen. There were cause of all sorts of price ranges, and sizes, brands, and even with our niche requirements, we still had quite a few options to pick from. The staff were friendly and genuine, and we were able to test drive as many vehicles as we wanted when making the decision. They straight up advised that we drive on the freeway to really understand how it's going to perform.
Lookout loan dept. is stellar. I needed an auto loan for my classic car. Lookout was not on knowledgeable but the right place to go. Garrett is the BEST! Got my loan and lowered my payment all at the same time. I would highly recommend Lookout Credit union.
