6/17/26 Monday, June 15th, I called the bank as soon as the drive-thru opened. I called multiple times and after over an hour of trying, I finally got someone on the phone. I explained what was going on and was told that a new card would be ordered and that by Wednesday, June 17th, I would be able to view the card online and block my old card. If you set up an account with them be prepared for headache after headache. Then they make it nigh impossible to close the account when you’re finally fed up.
I liked this bank at first they helped me build my credit and gave me a loan for a car . Recently they have changed there credit card system you can no longer go into the bank and make a payment. I cannot access it online ive tried 5 different times and now I have received 2 late charges . When I call and ask they always say you have to do it online we can't help you . As soon as I figure out how to make a payment I am paying off this card and closing my account ! This is ridiculous.
