Apparently Lookout is having problems with their card carrier service which is causing the debit cards to be declined. Spent over 30 minutes on hold last week, only to be told I would have to go to the one and only branch in I.F. Thought that had fixed the problem until I tried buying gas today, only to find out the debit card is still being declined. This bank is a joke! Time to go through the hassle of changing banks I guess.
There are always problems, either with my account or with my cards and they never seem to have an answer.
I had the privilege of speaking to one of the rudest, arrogant young men on the phone yesterday that I have decided to pull all my money from both bank accounts due to lack of confidence in the safety of it. The young man acted as if I worked for him and he didn't need ,want , or even care if I as a dedicated customer of more then a decided did business at this establishment. So that's what me and my wife will do we will take our business as well as our money somewhere it's not an issue to call and inquire about MY MONEY. Aw... read more
