Already 1000 times better than that ICCU. Ive gotten a phone call and a card from them. They are connecting with me and asking if I need any help. To ICCU I was just a number that helps them make more money.

Good luck getting in contact with a loan officer. After talking in office with Zach (who was wonderful) about an auto loan, my boyfriend filled out a loan application online. That was last Tuesday. We didn't get a response until Friday and after taking to the loan officer, he realized there was a discrepancy in the loan application. I rarely leave reviews, but I feel people should be aware of this. I do not recommend getting a credit card from Lookout Credit Union. They recently switched their credit card servicing to Groundwork, and since that change, customer support has been extremely poor. Since April 8th, I have been trying to register my card in the new system. I’ve made multiple calls to both companies and was repeatedly told I would receive a callback within 24–48 hours.
