We bought a storage bed from the store. Once we went there to pick the item 2.5 hours drive They said they ll order and we waited more than a month. Its ok to wait and pay more because we thought they are importing from Turkey and we will get a qualified furniture like we got 5 years ago.But the item was not in a good quality like expected.It was straches/chips inside of the storage part.It wast even have a brand name on it. I gave one star but they deserve zero stars !! after 3 months wait they delivered the wrong item and promised they would order the right one , 2 moths later am calling they are asking for another wait 2 months and they always always very rude on the phone .. for 6000$ sofa set I expect much more respect !!
