We had three weeks less a day to get a loan for our home purchase. Several banks said they couldn't help us. Not enough time. Israel asked more questions about our situation and our finances and said they could. Day or night, he was available and on top of everything. He made everything clear and understandable and kept us on track. First Horizon was also the best mortgage rate we had been offered so far. All round positive experience.
