I went in for consultation on solo 401K investments ( what can be invested and what not) but Jerry Kootman did not have any clue about it. He gave me some vague information and could not even provide an explanation for it. The initial fees was absurdly high. I think all they can do is file 1040 and run payrolls. If you are a looking for a real Tax accountant who can save you some money and help you navigate thru tax laws please look some where else.
