I called in to iSpecialist's in Musselburgh as I had an issue with my coffee machine. Johnathan was very friendly and knowledgeable, and helped to fix the issue with the coffee machine within an hour! Amazing service from a very friendly, local business! If you're looking for a repair specialist who knows what they're doing, give them a shout!
Poor quality screen used in replacing a screen they had replaced a couple of months earlier….had to be replaced again !!! Won’t take ownership of poor quality items/workmanship!!!, definitely won’t be using them again !!
Got my phone up and running after it being unable to turn on ,very friendly staff and done for the price quoted at the start and in a reasonable time frame.
Really friendly staff. Recently had issues with my laptop`s fan and the technician has did a great job cleaning it. So far so good without needing to pay for a replacement as yet. I always respect a business that doesn`t automatically charge more for something that may not be required. The lady working on the phone and in store was really friendly and helpful and the communication throughout was speedy and efficient. I`d definitely go back for any issues relating to technical items!
