We are in the process of refinancing our house and we were told we had a lien against our house from ISPC. That really surprised me because we paid them off over four years ago! We got the $5000 loan, which isn't really a loan, it ends up being some type of open credit account. I wasn't aware of that either until I got the credit card in the mail. Hello all. I just received the same notification about ISPC. I am currently attempting to conduct a Deed in Lieu of Forclosure on my home that I have been unable to sell, and was notified by the negotiator that ISPC has a lean on my home so I cannot proceed. THis came as a complete shock to me as I have never missed a payment on the water filtration system. I saw this as I was researching to find out more information about this. It's horrible to see that another person has experienced the same problem.

ISPC company uses deceptive sales practices. I just moved into a new house and a door salesman from revolution water offered me a water purifier with six months "No Interest" from ISPC company who's ready to finance. ISPC failed to tell me that it was compound interest for six months, they charged $466.00 for interest on the first billing statement when the payment was due. They put a lean on my home without informing me about the contract giving them authorization to take my home if I fail to pay. I cant sell my home until ... read more
