I love Isolate!!! The staff are excellent, the whole facility is soothing and the private rooms are amazingly clean and inviting. It’s an all around win for your mind and your body.
The center was clean, friendly, and a great way to heal with a float.

I love the sauna-cold plunge! I always leave feeling amazing. I only wish they had another sauna/cold plunge room so that booking wasn’t so difficult. Plan ahead if you want to go!
