I am writing this to share my honest experience, particularly from a woman's perspective, regarding the safety and hygiene here. Many people don't realize that float spa water is recycled and not flushed or changed between clients - so we are sharing bathwater with the clients of that day. I am not even sure they change the water daily, as that is not specified at all. Went 8 months pregnant. It was the first time in weeks that I got to lie on my back without feeling like my lungs were getting crushed and the first time in months that I had no back pain OR shoulder pain. I've already booked my next session!
As a rule I never give a perfect score but this was very close to it. A relaxing floatation therapy in warm salt water, with sounds of waves. I managed to fall asleep. Followed by a nice shower and cup of tea. Very enjoyable and relaxing. Very clean facility with all amenities to wash and style hair afterward. Definitely recommend.
Went here for the first time at 7 months pregnant and loved it! The float made me feel like I was weightless and I was able to lay on my back which was lovely. The pods are super clean, the perfect temperature and after 5 minutes, my chronically anxious brain shut off and I was a floating log of relaxation. It was amazing. Feel drunk off stress relief after. Not to mention the cleanliness is superb and customer service is great. Definitely coming back before I give birth.
