When you have a line building, to check out, it's NOT the time to get all chatty with the person in the front of the line, to ask about how to fix a leaky pipe in your home. Some people are in a rush. They just lost ALL of my business, and it's been the only place I gassed up at, for at least 3 years. I'd rather pay more than to go here again.
