Computer stopped working outside of blowing the fan. Sent it in. Computer part needed replacing. 4 stars mostly because communication could have been a bit better. When sending it in expect your computer to be out for about a week, so plan accordingly.
My girlfriend took my Xotic laptop in for repair. They stated that the issue lies in the keyboard and the keyboard alone due to some liquid that was spilled on it. They stated nothing about a short, or that it will shut down after being powered on for a minute. They didn't adequately test it before returning it to us.
