This store is a complete SCAM. THEY ARE NOT APPLE CERTIFIED, despite what they might tell you, they ask for your phone password—even when it's completely unnecessary. It feels like a shady attempt to get access to your personal information. On top of that, their pricing is all over the place—they just make it up as they go, depending on how much they think they can get out of you. Extremely dodgy and unprofessional. Avoid this place entirely! The good reviews are all from themselves!

AVOID! AVOID! The Store scammed me. They took my phone to "check" the issue but wouldn’t provide a clear breakdown of the costs. Instead, they just called me later to inform me of the problem and gave me a vague idea of what needed to be done. When I went to pick up my phone, I was hit with an unexpected charge. Store scammed me. They fitted non-standard Apple parts, badly - and wouldn't stand behind the work. Nor are they an approved Apple repairer, as they claim. Fitted 3rd party battery to iPhone XR. Software reported non-standard battery, they refused to change it, and got angry. Took phone to Apple store, they confirmed (a) the battery is not original, and (b) it had been glued in as they'd broken the tabs. Phone now not repairable. See photos.
