Very poor customer service and highly rude staff with a despicable attitude. They do not respect customers. They also overcharge for the same service that you can have elsewhere for half the price. They do not even deserve one star. Avoid this store.
I gave my iMac because the display wire was not working then he fixed it but he changed the hard drive that was 2 tb he changed it with a 1 tb not informing me so I dont recommend at all
Went to the smart on Victoria St, Victoria and the changed the battery on my iPhone 12 and corrected my screen. Amir was very helpful.
This store is a complete SCAM. THEY ARE NOT APPLE CERTIFIED, despite what they might tell you, they ask for your phone password—even when it's completely unnecessary. It feels like a shady attempt to get access to your personal information. On top of that, their pricing is all over the place—they just make it up as they go, depending on how much they think they can get out of you. Extremely dodgy and unprofessional. Avoid this place entirely! The good reviews are all from themselves!
