Really nice product, and even better customer service. Zak was patient and answered all of the questions I had. The production time was very timely. When we got the product we found a small design/production error was made. I notified Zak and he went above and beyond to take care of the issue immediately. I would highly recommend iSlide, and will be happy and confident to use them in the future!
There is literally ZERO customer service, although once you are on their email list, they reach out all the time to sell. I mailed back product for a return 6 weeks ago and no one will answer the phone or return an email.
