They keyed in the incorrect account number for my bank so my refund was sent back to the IRS. They never apologized for this or offer to help me in any way. All they said was humans make mistakes. I expected more from professionals. Granted I didn't check the account number when I signed off on it but I did print the correct account number from my computer so it was very clear weeks earlier.
