Horrible experience. What unfolded was not just a minor inconvenience, it was a complete failure in operations, communication, and basic respect for your customers. Despite the weather clearing and skies being completely blue, they delayed flights all day only to cancel them when flying conditions were actually at their best. There was no sense of urgency, no clear plan, and no accountability.
