My parents lived at Isle at Watercrest for more than four years. They received the highest level of care and were treated with love and respect. I am so thankful for the wonderful people who made their final years so great.
Overzealous Watercrest employee (former apartment rent sales) laid claim that they could handle my sisters early onset Alzheimer’s. Every reassessment came with many MANY hundreds of dollars in price increases. Within a year we were told that we’d have to move her to another facility. AFTER I had spent $4000 on small apartment furniture and decor. (Worth pennies on the dollar just months later) And AFTER she was acclimated.
