My mom has been at this facility for a month and we are very impressed. The therapy and therapists are outstanding. They all come in to celebrate the small success with her. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms and other facilities are very nice. We asked if we could host a small dinner party for my mom last Sunday after dinner hours. I have serious concerns about this nursing home. I believe that my mom is not receiving adequate care-she is frightened and alone, not able to visit her, and they will not allow a phone in her room. I just drove 4 hours to see her and was not able to. The staff was unreasonable, not giving me a reason why I could not visit her. I am forced to hire a lawyer to try to protect her. Have others had a similar experience?
